Dr. Archana Krishna, PhD is a Clinical Psychologist with close to 20 years of experience as a life coach, consultant, trainer, and educator. She is a passionate practitioner who divides her time between clinical practice, training and consulting, and writing and research.
Dr. Archana Krishna is trained on the Eight–quadrant Neethling Brain Instrument for Career Guidance and Job Skills. She has undergone NBI Corporate Training Programs in South Africa and has had the privilege of working closely with N. France and Ken Wall, handling NBI Programs in UK and Australia respectively.
She has been providing academic/corporate training and consulting and designing customized training interventions for academic institutions, organizations, and individuals. She is a certified and trained International NBI™ Whole Brain Practitioner, specializing in consulting about the whole brain context, helping individuals to gain insight regarding sound decision-making for career selection, communication, management, team building, relationship building and developing the skills to achieve professional excellence.
Dr. Archana Krishna is a dynamic and joyful entrepreneur with diverse life and career background. Before working for WOW, she had been managing Human Resources for 13yrs in India, USA, and Bangladesh and have also worked on few UNICEF Projects/Studies on Drugs, Children and The role of Police in India.
She believes that it is important to strike a progressive balance between personal, professional & spiritual aspects of life. She has widely travelled and has intensive experience of having met and successfully provided life solutions to the people of different cultures having varied psychological problems specific to their region. She is eager to apply her experience and compassion to clients to help them improve their quality of life and attain a sense of fulfilment.
Dr. Archana Krishna took her graduate degree in Psychology and thereafter gained a Master’s Degree, specialising in Clinical Psychology, following which she earned an M.Phil in Psychology (Role of Anger and Anxiety in Essential Hypertension) and a Doctorate (Ph.D.) for Research on Emotions and their Psychosomatic effects on human body) conducted at the Department of Physiology, AIIMS, under Dr K. K Deepak.
